TODAY IS MY FIRST TIME EVER IN MY 18 YRS OF LIFE DRIVING IN A REAL CAR!
yay! It was really exciting i must say! Haha, i am like...cooooool! It's not an arcade car anymore! It's REAL. I was rather lost at first as i do not know when to walk over to my car..cos my car has no number! Then i gotta find my instructor. Haha, he kept on repeating the instructions cos i usually got carried away while moving around with the car. Whee, so today i learnt how to move forward, reverse, drive around circuit and engage gears 1 and 2! The car stalled a few times, and sometimes i stepped on the accelerator too much and the noise was not pleasing. But it was comforting to meet Ziyi there cos at least i know some one in the lost place. haha, and went to the mrt station with her =) I cant wait for my next driving lesson!

After my driving lesson, i went to meet Zihui. So we headed all the way to Bedok for dinner at the Hawker Center! Wow, so many nice food which made us spoilt for choice! I love hawker centers as the food are so yummy and reasonably priced! And then we took bus and walked all the way to East Coast Park. We were supposed to be cycling there, but we reached there at 9 plus, i forgot that the bike rental shop is closed at that time! haha, so we walked rather long, camwhored there and i realised how lousy my camera was! It's only useful in daylight =( Walked to the sand area and took pretty nice shots of the sea and us. Zihui's dad came to pick us up at the macs there. Woohoo! Zihui drove the car and fetched me home! Thank you so much. If not, i think i am still not home at 12am! Haha, cars are so useful. Good driving there too!! whee.

Yippy, i hope this week is gonna be so fun! Tmr's outing will be with tiffy and Germs! Camwhoring time too. Oh yes, i think i am going to start work again soon. Now, it's to help my bro in his company! And he said he will pay me too! Yay! Time to earn money again! Oh yes, gonna prepare well for the childrens' camp! The day is coming real soon. O ya, this sat will be having NUS Biz tea session. Will be going with Cherie and maybe Grace!! Haha, there seems to be a movie at GV too. Hope it's gonna be fun!

And and and, i think i should find one more sec school student for tuition.

Past two weeks are filled with jogging, cycling and swimming and i should continue with this good habit! After exercising, it makes me feel stronger somehow. Like perhaps feel fitter as i manage to get thru the exercise? aha..and i like the tan-ness..i dont like to be so fair like a snow white!

I think.. i think.. i am most probably going for the NTU double deg in Acc and Biz.

Who else is going NTU?? Tell me tell me! haha..it'll be nice to be school mates or faculty mates there!

Now, i have to make a choice on which uni i should head to. That's so mind-boggling. Oh well, it's either biz admin in NUS or double deg acc and biz in NTU. Nus is where i wanna go...but the course in NTU is more attractive! I hope somehow, sometime, some things will happen naturally that prompts me to go which ever uni! God's will prevails!

This week had consecutive 3 tuition sessions with Qis because this week is the exams for most pri and sec schools! Haha, it feels kinda happy to know that i am slacking and enjoying myself away this year rather than the usual past 10 years routine of having mid year exams now! Geez.

Ytd had a nice fun time shopping around with Sam! Walked around Bugis area and headed to the new shopping center at iluma! The design of the building is unique and the space area is rather spacious inside. However, it suits teens more rather than families. But we saw some nice beautiful creative items there! We are so tempted to buy luh. It's a good place to shop for gifts! =D whee..then we headed to Raffles City to find her Korean CD! She likes Shinee. Now i know! Haha, then i went to check out the latest new food store selling fish pancakes with many diff types of fillings inside- D24 durian, ham and cheese, tuna and cheese...and many others, including the usual choco/kaya...that kind! It's much nicer than the ones i buy outside cos they made use of Jap ingredients i guess. It's much fluffier, filled with generous toppings and crispy at the edges! Well cooked! I am drooling now. Hee. I should work with food luh, since i like it so much =)

Spent wed and thurs painting my church Children Camp snack center deco pieces! Whee, it was really fun painting as i havent paint since like sec school during art lessons! haha..thankfully i've got debbie to help me cos i am quite bad at art. haha, she's pro! hee. Also, i managed to meet my with my snack team to try one round of making the snacks. It wasnt so successful for the muffins and macaroni cheese as the colour is not what i wanted. Now i realised there are so many preparation work that i gotta do in order to make it a success. I really need alot of God's help!! Haha, but i am really so glad that Ryan and rachel along with her friend could go!! Hehe. I guess God gave me this break without work so that i could have more time to plan the camp and my tuition is to help me get through the monthly expenses. Such a nice plan!

And yay, i managed to pass my ftt evaluation test! But my ftt is in June 22 which is such a long way! I hope i will rmb the stuff that i learnt! haha..but i am gg to touch the real car next monday! Gonna step on the accelerator and vroooom...haha.. seems cool to be in the driver seat! So..i am rather excited =) But i heard the first few lessons rather boring. Haha..I am taking manual, so i guess it's much more diff than auto! Ok, i better book my driving slots before my uni starts!

I am also glad that the H1N1 is not making a big hooha here in singapore at the moment. Which means i have a higher chance to go on my Euro trip! Whee, holidays are nice..so fun to be out of Singapore!

Today will be my last guitar lesson and i am gonna go my bro house to cook western food! Cool, i am excited to try my pork chop/ chicken chop with baked potato!! Yum yum..

And yay! ACJC won RJC in Netball finals ytd! Congrats!! =D

The week has been going on pretty well except for the H1N1 influenza A virus which disrupts my plan to go Gold Coast on the first week of June =( That's really sad cos i was so looking forward to go there! Haiz. Who ever expects the irritating flu to be getting so much attention these days! I hope people will be healed soon and may everything be back to normal!

Love meeting ups with friends. Catching up on each other lives are nice. Sharing of experiences are so interesting =D Joy, burdens, happiness and disappointments...sharing them makes our heart less queasy and lighter! Haha..

Yay. Today had a catching up session with bestie. Havent seen her for one month i suppose? haha..she is as thin as a stick now. Omg..Chuck, you better eat more! haha, dont lose weight pls! Haha, you are making me feel like i am a big round ball. Haha..we just sat at Toast Box and just slack and talked =) Talking is nice. Haha..

Hmm, last sat had a bball 'match' with the juniors at AC. They are really passionate la. Omg, it has been super long since i feel someone/ group that is so passionate about something. It got me thinking...when have i feel so passionate towards something ever since netball. Haha..actually, i wanna take up something that i will be very passionate about. Maybe it's still netball? Oh man. I need to find out and enjoy what i like! Ok, it was nice meeting up with the bball friends too. Haha, we played till like 8pm, then headed to Subway at Holland V for dinner. The person serving at subway there is like so bias! aha, when we wanted to choose cookies over chips, they said there's no more cookies and they arent baking anymore that night! BUT, when a group of ang moh dudes coming in to order the cookies...SUDDENLY, we see cookies on their trays! SEE. So bias. So, we quickly went to change our chips to cookies! Then homeeee after a nice dinner with the juniors! Yay, cant believe they wanna buy my jersey and my ankle weights! That's how enthu they are.. and i asked them: You all train so many times a week, then dont need to study meh? ...then they replied:'' i like bball, so bball is my piority first..studies...aiya..later la. Haha, when i reflected, it's like me when i was in sec school when i put netball trgs as my first piority first. So...that's when i realised what passion is all abt!

Went dinner with Germs and tiffy and her sis at Taka Pepperlunch. Haha, it was after our bathing session at Pure yoga! Haha, gonna try the indian dance tmr. I hope i wont make a clown out of myself! haha..i am rather bad at music and dance! Oh well, i shall go and try! =)

Gonna wake up early tmr cos i have a morning tuition. I hope i can wake up! Haha..and afternoon meet up with tiffy for the dance then meet debbie for movie and to study our jap! Dinner with Diana and deb. Whee..i hope tmr will be fun!

Till now, i only received the NTU dd as well as SMU dd for Biz and Acc. Hmm. NUS, quick reply so i can think with the choices i have! But, NUS will only reply in mid may. Looks like i have to wait.....first. So...where will i end up at? God, may your will be done! =D I shall stay relax and not fret so much. Enjoy the hols!

Yay, last week is over and i'm kinda glad that the scary week is over! It was mainly filled with interviews almost everyday. And, it was rather scary for me cos it was like one of my first time to be interviewed. But, it was a really good experience! Some nice ones, some rather shocking and bad ones. I am happy that i managed to get through it. A rather brain taxing and nerve wrecking week i must say. Haha..

SMU LKC Scholarship selection interview took up almost the whole day. They got us into groups and we had to come up with marketing plans and skits. At the end of it, it's like Survivor where we are brought into the board room and the atmosphere was very tense and solemn. Everyone had to speak the truth and all. Really scary. haha, we had to choose the weakest link and gave reasons and all. Eek. I dont like to actually choose a person! It's quite sad actually. Haha, i heard some people in other groups cried after that! That's how impactful it is! Oh well, after the event, i went to Starbucks to chill a lil while with the new friends. Talked and chat and got to know each other better. Nice to meet them =)

Last Tue was B&J day! I'm happy to be able to lick a free cone although the queue was really long! A nice day out with Tiffy! Haha, there were so many school kids. And you know what, we queued like 45 mins- 1 hour all the way from the emergency stair case. Haha, so stuffy i must say. But, a nice catch up time with tiffy makes time pass much quickly :) Hmm. Then we went to catch 17 Again! Movie was not bad. Zac Efron! Haha..after movie, rushed quickly to OCC to play Golf! Love the nice feeling of seeing the ball fly in the sky! :D

And i am glad that i managed to meet up with my snack making team to make the samples for our snacks during the stressful week. Whee, so our finalised snack is......* drum rolls *
1) Choco filled mochi with cornflakes& rainbow exterior!
2) Macaroni Cheese!
3) Raisin Muffin!

Hah, i have to rush and complete my snack making task by end May. I really hope i can complete by then, cos i will be away to Gold Coast during the first week of June! YAY!

On the other hand, i really dont know which uni i will go! And i have to decide by 30 May! Whee, difficult choice, but i shall not worry for now because i dont even know what the other Unis can offer me. I have only gotten the NTU dd for acc and biz. It really seems appealing but...haiz. Acc..such a boring course though... Anyway, shall leave it to God. He will plan the way for me!

Sam has got a telemarketing job for me on day to day basis. But the choosy me felt that the pay was rather low, it's 5 bucks per hour, so my dad also discouraged me to go...so....yay! I dont need to work for now! haha..but thanks partner anw for intro-ing me to it! It's at Toa Payoh, so i guess it's rather far for me too.
