Celebrated Ziyun's bday at Zouk yesterday. It was really packed there, super pack like sardines. Haha, but i saw many people that i know there!! Haha..Tricia drove us there and her friend helped us to get in free! yay. But i think clubbing is not my cup of tea. Haha, i was like there and observing people and seeing them dance instead! Hee, but i manage to drink my cranberry vodka, so ya, that's what i like there :)

My Nephew Baby Joel is born on 25 Nov! :) had his one month old celebration on 26 Dec!

Had the boys home session yesterday too! Played board games and interact with them. They are really funny and some of them are gentlemanly too!

SA3 Class gathering was held this week too! we met up at Vivo and had Carls Juniors for dinner. We sat around the rooftop area and had a nice laugh and catching up session and the guys shared their scary stories of camps with us! Mainly all the guys attended the gathering, but only a few girls went. We had a gift exchange session too! haha, then went up to the M.V Douglas ship that sells books at a rather cheap rate! WHEE. Miss my classmates alot. Uni has no class, so you will kinda feel like u are floating around =( but thank God i have got my floating 5 so at least i wont feel so alone.

Terror drop- 39 stories! omg, my heart just dropped.

AUSSIE Trip was really fun! Had a great time with my cousins and i conquered my fears to take those scary rides ( 39 stories terror drop down, tallest and fastest roller coasters, backward roller coaster part!) and..i became a lil more brave than before! Major highlights are the dream world theme park rides, carried a real koala, see the real kangaroo, sea world dolphins, shark and beautiful marine fishes, 4D shows and the Stunt drivers at Movie world, Outback steak and cow boy horses, lovely Surfer's Paradise beach- soft sand and the sound of the crashing waves that my hotel overlooks. Not to forget the major shopping at Harbourtown center and the various supermarkets for foodie shopping!

What i've learnt :)

1) no chilli sauces that's like our typical ones, got to pay for any sauces
2) white tiger has blue eyes
3) they have volunteer lifeguards on duty everyday!! And we can only swim within 2 allocated flags that are changed every morning.

4) Shops open till later than usual hours on thursdays ( not weekends/fri) because the govt gives out weekly welfare fund on wed, so ppl will have money on thurs morn to go shopping!

5) Aussie have alot of family time and they like to go to parks =) so nice..how i wish singapore is like that too!
6) They used various types of fishes to make fish&Chips, many used shark meat which is considered a lower grade type of fish meat and it isnt nice cos of it's tough texture. Got to search for those that used higher quality type of fishes like perhaps dory fish like those we find in singapore..

7) NZ and Aust are sister countries so many new zealanders migrate to aust to take advantage of their very good welfare benefits! So recently, the aust govt implement that all New zealanders who migrates here has to find work with

in 2 years, or else they have to return to NZ! ( to prevent them from not working and just depend on govt welfare benefits!)
8) Food is really ex there, so many families there eat in rather than out. Oysters are nice too!

XMAS AT ORCHARD with Wsc grp was really a packed moment. Met up with Foodie, Charisia there too for dinner at Crystal Jade since she came back from London. Whee, tgt with the wsc grp, we walked around town, and settled at Chilli restaurant at 313 Somerset and exchanged gift and count down to xmas! It was also my 1st time seeing Orchard so packed with people!

MEETUP with bud in PS to catch Bodyguards and Assassins is niceeee! Lunch at Cafe Cartel was good too! YAY, hope to meet up with u soon ya!

MEETUP with Partner Sam to exchange pressie on xmas eve! Whee, it's her first time gg to Jurong Point, so i brought her and intro her to our singapore current biggest heart land mall! haha..

All in all, i realised that i dont like crowds and super packed places! haha..

AND, my driving test is on 9 FEB! PRAY FOR ME PLS :) wanna pass it!

Yay, thank God for my 1st sem uni results :) i have done my best and i am glad my parents are happy with it and i am at peace with it! The feeling of Peace really means alot!

This is my first post for New year 2010! May the new year brings great joy, happiness and laughter, peace and love, fun and excitement. I pray that God will grant us the courage to face the unknowns, like how i leapt by faith to take my scary theme park rides and not worry too much, strength and perseverance through trying moments and I will hold on to God and rely on Him to bring me through my next semester in Uni! BIG HUG TO ALL!

it's quite short i know, but i will still miss all you friends!!

I am always looking forward for hols, i love to take aeroplanes, peek out of the flight windows, thinking in my heart what kind of food will they serve for the meals, watch the movies, read my book in the air, and looking forward for the destination! WHEE...last night had discussion on the itineries, which shopping centers to go, how to travel around, view and target the things we want to buy in aussie. Wow..they made me excited!

Last week was really fun. I am gonne make full use of my holidays before school starts. Realised this is only the time that i can have guilt-free fun and enjoyment. Haha, outings with friends are always so fun especially with our dearie close friends! heh. Staying overnights at my childhood places are really nice too. Meeting up with Juniors and playing some fun bball with them makes me happy!

I dreamt of netball two nights ago. I think i really miss playing it.

Tmr has netball trgs and Inter hall match the day after. I want to go..should i go?
Why am i always hesitating to pursue my dreams?
Perhaps....there are always consequences to every decision that i make.

Fri had a great day out with Germie! Journey from the West to the East! It was a rather rainy day, but thank God it was a blessing in disguise somehow. We headed to Ehub! and walked around because it was raining and we cant go to the Escape theme park as originally planned because of the never-ending drizzle. Haha, poor germs was sick too so we waited for the rain to stop. As we walk and talked, we met Lixuan! Haha, her A levels just ended the day before, so she was having her chalet there. And she has got a pair of complementary tix for escape for us! There you got it, we got a free entry to escape when the rain stopped :) whee. Luckily it was free, cos Escape is not worth the money somehow. So many exciting rides were closed. So germs and i mainly just ride the Viking. Haha, then i took the Go-Kart and the rain came again =( So we just sat in the shelter and had a HTH talk :) then rain stopped and we continued playing the Superman Yakult ride. Hmm, then had dinner in the cinema! We bought macs in. Hee. We managed to catch Mulan! It was really really nice. Should catch it! Haha..i rate it 4 stars! Chen Kun is wow. Haha.. the movie made me patriotic for the moment. Geez. We got a similar purse at Ehub! too :) woohoo.

Today had an outing with Sam and Sheree! We headed to City hall to shop and ate at Soup Spoon! Whee, 3 broke girls shopping in Raffles City. Haha, saw nice things but lack of the cash to get it =( So we went to Bugis to look out for any good buys! With our limited cash, we managed to get some ear studs, and Muji marshmallows. Haha, saw some nice shoes, bags and clothes there too. I shall resist temptation and perhaps..hopefully i could get some nice things in Aust! Haha, cant wait to go there, so excited!! :) :) :)

Arh. I remembered i got to plan for my Ignite change camp. I am the logistics officer there, and hopefully, i could fulfil this responsibility to the best of my ability. Sometimes, i just want to enjoy my hol, or just concentrate on my studies. But i realise, i got to learn how to cope with the variety of things that's going on. Hmm. Also, i got to serve God as well as the people around me cheerfully too :)

Yay! Exams are finally over! I am just so glad i managed to survive through Sem 1 of my uni life! Thank God i am able to go through this time of life where there are many major changes going on during this year. One year has passed..many happiness as well as sadness, laughter and silent tears. But thinking back, all these experiences made me stronger than before.

Exams ended yesterday! Town with Tricia, Ziyun and Marcia for dinner and shop for germie's pressie. Found a nice 'zhi char' store..haha, i havent been to Far East for a very long time. Some changes here and there. The previous time i went Far east was the time when Galare was still around. Hee. I guess it's about a year or so? Then Tricia drove us to KAP to get the baking stuff then headed to her house to bake a cake for Germaine! At about 11 plus, we went to surprise my dear friend with the cake! Her sister was very co operative and funny! haha..she told germs it's the post man knocking on the door. HAHA. I am glad she had a pleasant surprise after all! My first time touching her doggie too. First time i had some scratches from a dog. haha..but it's alright now :)

Today had a movie outing with tutorial mates at Great World City! We manage to catch New Moon. It was alright..haha, had a good time with them and then we queued up for Starbucks! It's free drink day today from 5-7pm! Tried the dark mocha. It was nice =) I saw celeste there! heh..catch up a lil with her there. After that, TG mates and i took shuttle bus to town. Walked around Ion Orchard and cam whored with the xmas tree there. Hehe..then shopped there and had dinner at Xin Wang Cafe. My first outing ever with my TG mates in uni. A great time spent with them!! :)
